In this stream we are outsourced to perform all (or part) of the daily network operations, where we prove our effectiveness and efficiency in utilizing the human and technological resources.
Our operations teams are experienced in provision of multitude of field services like:
Metering and billing for legacy metered grids, in both end-subscribers and/or network management metering infrastructure.
Smart grids follow-up, data management, AMI/AMR operations, invoice delivery and collection.
Field survey, data and locations collection, as this will provide important input to route optimization and some NRW studies.
Installation and maintenance operations, including subscriber installation, on-call and emergency maintenance management, in addition to metering migration projects for implementing smart metering and smart grid infrastructure.
